Can I change my store link?
Yes, from Store URL under Store identity. The old link stops working immediately, so change it carefully and update your links everywhere.
How do I connect a domain I already own to my store?
Go to My Domains → Add Domain → Connect Existing Domain, save your domain, and set the two nameservers shown on screen at your registrar. Everything else, including SSL, is automatic.
What do the domain statuses mean (Pending, Activating, Active)?
"Verified" means your DNS is right, but a domain only becomes "Active" once we confirm your store really opens on it with SSL. This table explains every status.
Will my domain email stop if I change nameservers?
No, if you follow the right order: save the domain first, wait until the page says your email has been moved, then change the nameservers.
How do I change or remove my custom domain?
On My Domains: use Edit to switch domains or the delete icon to remove it. Either way your store goes back to its platform link immediately until a new domain is live.
Does Elmatajer sell domains?
No. Buy your domain from any registrar and type it in My Domains — linking, SSL and switching your store onto it happen on their own.
My custom domain isn't working — what do I do?
Most problems come from a change that hasn't spread yet, old nameservers left in place, or a wrong value. Go through these causes in order.
