How do I print an order invoice or send it on WhatsApp?
Print an invoice, receipt, shipping label or packing slip in the paper size and language you need, or send the customer a PDF invoice link on WhatsApp.
From any order page you can print four kinds of documents, or send the customer a link to their PDF invoice on WhatsApp in seconds.
Printing an order document
- Open the order from Orders.
- In the "Actions" card, click "Print invoice". The print page opens in a new tab with a preview.
- Under "Type", choose the document: "Invoice", "Receipt", "Shipping Label" or "Packing Slip".
- Choose the "Paper Size". The sizes offered change with the document type: A4 for the invoice, A5 and A6 for the shipping label, and "Receipt — 80 mm" for small receipt printers.
- Choose the "Orientation" (portrait or landscape) and the "Document Language" (Arabic or English) — this only affects the paper, not your dashboard language.
- Under "Colors" choose colour or "B&W", and under "Include" switch "Show store logo" and "Show order status" on or off.
- Click "Print". Your browser's print dialog opens.
Tip: want the invoice as a PDF file? In the print dialog, choose "Save as PDF" as the printer.
Which document when?

| "Receipt" | A short version suited to thermal receipt printers. |
| "Shipping Label" | A sheet to stick on the parcel with the customer's details and address. |
| "Packing Slip" | The list of items and quantities to pick the order, without prices. |
Sending the PDF invoice on WhatsApp
- In the "Actions" card, click "Send PDF via WhatsApp".
- WhatsApp opens on the customer's number with a ready message containing the order number, your store name and the invoice link.
- Press send in your own WhatsApp.
The customer opens the link on their phone and sees the PDF invoice without signing in. The link works for 30 days and only shows this order's invoice.
Note: if the order has no mobile number, the button is disabled and shows "No mobile on file". The button is not shown on cancelled or closed orders.
