The order details page has everything you need to fulfil an order: the items, the customer's details and address, payment, and the buttons that change the status and print the invoice. Open it from Orders by clicking the order number or the eye icon.

Page header

  • The order number with a copy button, and below it the order date and time and the number of lines and items.
  • The payment badge: "Paid", "Unpaid" or "Refunded".
  • The order status badge and the "Change Status" button to move the order to another stage (hidden when the order is in a final status).
  • Under them, a progress bar shows the stages from "Created" to delivery, with the current one highlighted.

"Order Items"

A table of every product: image, name (with options such as size or colour), unit price, quantity and line total. Below it is the money summary: subtotal, discount, delivery and total. If the order was refunded, a bar shows the amount "Refunded" or "Fully refunded".

The "Delivery" card

It shows the customer's name and phone (with a "Contact via WhatsApp" button), email, delivery area, full address, and the "Customer note" if they wrote one at checkout.

Editing the delivery address

  1. Click the pencil icon ("Edit") in the header of the "Delivery" card.
  2. The "Edit Delivery Address" window opens. Update "Address", "Building" and "Landmark".
  3. Save. The change is recorded in the "Activity Feed".

Note: only the address can be edited here. The customer's name, phone and email can't be changed from the dashboard.

The "Actions" card

  • "Record Payment": shown while the order is unpaid (except Paymob and Kashier orders, which only the gateway confirms). Use it to record that you received the money — see this article. Once paid it turns into "Payment received".
  • "Print invoice": opens the print page in a new tab.
  • "Send PDF via WhatsApp": opens WhatsApp with a ready message containing a link to the order's invoice. Without a mobile number you'll see "No mobile on file". Both are covered in the printing article.

The "Payment & Source" card

Shows where the order came from and the payment method the customer chose. For online payments it also shows the "Transaction ID" and the gateway's order reference.

"Activity Feed"

A full history of the order: creation, every status change, payment recording, address edits and refunds — with the time and who did it. Very handy when several team members work on orders.

Note: in the shipping part you can pick "Local delivery" with your own courier, or a carrier whose account you connected (Bosta, Mylerz, ShipBlu or Aramex) and click "Create shipment" to send the order and save the tracking number. See How do I connect a carrier?
