The platform tells you about important things in two ways: notifications inside your dashboard, and emails to your login email address.

The notifications bell

The top bar of your dashboard has a Notifications bell with a count of new notifications. Click it to see the latest ones; you can mark them all as read.

The notifications inbox

In the side menu go to Support → Notifications. The Notifications inbox page opens with:

  • Filters: All, System (announcements from the platform) and Personal (about your store).
  • Click any notification to read it in full.

Note: opening the inbox marks all notifications as read. The Was new counter at the top shows how many were new before this visit.

Notifications you receive

EventNotification
A new order in your store"New order #" with the order number, customer name and amount. Clicking it opens the invoice.
A customer sends a message from your store's contact page«رسالة عميل جديدة» (new customer message) — you'll find the message under Customer messages.
Platform announcementsMessages from the platform team to all merchants.

Emails

Emails go to your login email:

  • A new-order email («إشعار بطلب جديد») when an order arrives.
  • Customer messages from your store's contact page.
  • Reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before your free trial ends, and a "Your free trial has ended" email when it does.
  • Activation codes, email-change codes and password reset links.

Not getting emails? Check your spam folder and add Elmatajer's sender to your contacts. If you changed your login email in Profile, emails now go to the new address.

There are currently no dashboard settings to turn specific email types on or off, or to change how they look.
