As soon as a shopper confirms an order in your store, it appears on the Orders page of your dashboard. This is where you follow everything: the stage of each order, who has paid and who hasn't, and a quick search to find any order in seconds.

Where is the Orders page?

In the side menu, under «المبيعات» (Sales), choose «الطلبات» (Orders). If you are a team member and can't see it, the store owner needs to give you permission to view orders.

The cards and tabs at the top

At the top you'll see quick cards: "All Orders", "Pending" (orders "Awaiting action" from you), "Completed" and "Completion rate" (completed orders as a share of all orders).

Below them, tabs split your orders by stage, each with a count:

Tab (Arabic panel)What's in it
"All Orders" («كل الطلبات»)Every order, whatever its stage.
"Pending" («قيد المعالجة»)New orders you haven't confirmed yet.
"Confirmed" («مؤكد»)Orders you confirmed and are preparing.
"Out for Delivery" («خارج للتوصيل»)Orders shipped and on their way.
"Completed" («مكتمل»)Orders delivered to the customer.
"Cancelled" («ملغي»)Cancelled orders.

For what each stage means and what happens automatically at each one, read Order statuses explained.

The columns in the list

  • "Order Number": with the order date and time below it. Click it to open the order details page.
  • "Customer": the customer's name if they have an account in your store, with a "1st order" badge on their first order with you. If the shopper ordered as a guest (no account) you'll see "Guest" even if they typed their name — open the order to see their name and phone in the delivery card.
  • "Total Amount": the order total, including delivery and after any discount.
  • "Status": the order's current stage.
  • "Payment Method": with "Paid" or "Waiting for Payment" below it.
  • "Source": where the order came from.

The list shows 20 orders per page, newest first.

Searching and filtering

  1. In "Search", type an order number, customer name, phone number or email. Results update as you type.
  2. To narrow the list, pick a customer in "Customer" (only customers with an account are listed) or a payment state in "Payment": "Unpaid", "Paid" or "Refunded".
  3. For a period, set both "Start Date" and "End Date" and click "Search".
  4. To go back to the full list, click the reset button (circular arrow) that appears next to "Search" while a filter is active.

Tip: the date filter stops at the start of the "End Date" day, so orders placed on the end date itself are not included. To see the orders of the 10th, set "Start Date" to the 10th and "End Date" to the 11th.

Saved filters

If you use the same filter often, click the bookmark icon next to "Search" to open "Saved filters". Type a name under "Save current filter" and click "Save". Next time, pick it with one click. You can keep up to 20 saved filters, with names up to 60 characters.

How do I know a new order has arrived?

  • While the Orders page is open: it checks roughly every 30 seconds. When new orders arrive, a bar such as "2 new orders received" appears with a "Refresh" button.
  • Dashboard notification: you get a notification titled "New order #" plus the order number, with the customer's name and order value.
  • Email: a new-order email is sent to your store account's email address.

Note: order numbers are a prefix plus a counter. You can change the prefix in your store settings under "Order settings" («إعدادات الطلبات»), field "Order Number Prefix" (English letters only).
