Which payment methods can my shoppers use today?
Shoppers can pay cash on delivery, with their store wallet balance, or by card and wallet through Paymob or Kashier once you connect your account. Manual payment is paused by the platform for now.

How do I turn a payment method on or off?
Open "Payment Gateways" to reach the "Available Payment Methods" page and flip a method's switch. Changes save instantly, with a few rules you should know.
How do I use cash on delivery and record that I got paid?
Cash on delivery works from day one with no setup. Orders arrive as "Unpaid" and become "Paid" when you ship them or record the cash you received.
How do I connect my Paymob account?
Paste your Paymob keys (Secret Key, Public Key, HMAC), then run "Test connection". Integration IDs are fetched for you.
How do I connect my Kashier account?
Enter your Merchant ID, API Key and Secret Key and pick an environment. Elmatajer verifies them with Kashier before saving, even in Sandbox.
When does an order count as "Paid"?
It depends on the payment method: COD becomes paid when you ship or record the payment, the wallet is paid instantly, and Paymob/Kashier only when the gateway confirms payment.
What is "My Wallet" on the platform and what changes its balance?
Your wallet is a balance you hold with Elmatajer, used for things like add-ons and themes. No shopper order adds to it, whatever the payment method: COD cash is with you and Paymob/Kashier money is in your own gateway account.
How do I add a withdrawal method and request a withdrawal?
On "My Wallet", add the account you want to be paid to (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, bank account), then request a withdrawal on an allowed day and above the minimum. The platform reviews it.
