How do I turn subscription auto-renewal on or off?
Auto-renewal renews your plan from your wallet balance when the period ends. It is off by default and you switch it on or off with one toggle on "Subscription".

Auto-renewal saves you from renewing by hand every month or year: when your subscription period ends, the platform tries to renew the same plan from your store's "Wallet" balance. This article explains how to turn it on and what to know first.
Where is it?
On the "Subscription" page, right under your subscription card, there's an "Auto-renewal" bar with a switch. A badge next to the title shows its state:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "Off" | Auto-renewal is off. You renew yourself. |
| "Ready" | It's on and your wallet balance covers the renewal. |
| "Low balance" | It's on but your balance is too low. You'll see "You need …" with the missing amount and your end date. |
Turning it on or off
- Open "Payments & Billing" → "Subscription".
- Click the switch in the "Auto-renewal" bar.
- The page reloads with "Auto-renewal from wallet enabled." or "Auto-renewal disabled."
How it works
- Once your paid period ends, the platform tries to charge the renewal to your wallet, usually within an hour.
- If the balance covers it, your subscription renews for a new period (30 or 365 days) with no interruption.
- If it doesn't, nothing is renewed and your subscription enters the normal 3-day grace period. Renew it yourself from "Subscription".
- If you scheduled a downgrade, auto-renewal renews into the lower plan.
Note: auto-renewal only charges your wallet — it doesn't store or charge a bank card. There's currently no way to top up the wallet from the dashboard, so if your balance won't cover the renewal, the safest option is to renew yourself before the period ends.
On the free trial: auto-renewal only works for an active paid subscription. If you're on the trial, subscribe yourself before it ends — see How does the free trial work?
