How do my customers create an account and follow their orders?
Shoppers can create an account from your store's sign-in window or while checking out. From their account they follow "My Orders" and their status, save favourites and see their wallet balance.

Your shoppers can order as guests, but an account makes things easier for them: they follow their orders, save favourite products and use their wallet balance. This article explains what shoppers see, so you can answer their questions.
How does a shopper create an account?
From the sign-in window in your store
The account icon in your store opens a window with two tabs: "Sign in" and "Register". Under "Register", the shopper enters their name, email, phone number and a password.
- The email and phone number must not already be used by another account in your store.
- If the "Continue with Google" button is shown, shoppers can sign in with their Google account.
While ordering
On the checkout page, shoppers can tick "Create an account with the info above" and choose a password; the account is created together with the order.
Accounts belong to your store: a customer account in your store doesn't work in other stores on the platform; to buy elsewhere the shopper creates an account there.
Signing in and forgotten passwords
- Sign-in is by email and password.
- "Forgot password?" emails the shopper a link to set a new password.
- After several wrong attempts in a row, sign-in is locked for a while to protect the account.
- If the shopper had items in the cart before signing in, they're merged into their account's cart.
What's in a customer account?
| Tab | What it contains |
|---|---|
| "Overview" | An account summary and order counts. |
| "Personal info" | Name and contact details. |
| "My Orders" | All their orders in your store, with each order's status and payment method. |
| "Track order" | Follow an order's stages. |
| "Wishlist" | Products they've saved. |
| "Wallet" | Their balance in your store — see the customer wallet. |
| "Password" | Change their password. |
Order statuses in "My Orders"
Shoppers see each order's status using the same names as your "Change Status" menu — for example "Shipped" for an order on its way and "Delivered" for one that arrived. Their orders page has "Processing" (new, confirmed and shipped orders), "Completed" and "Cancelled" tabs.
How does a guest follow their order?
With the "Track your order" button on the order success page, or the tracking link in the order confirmation email. The link is private to that order, so nobody else can open it without the link.
Favourites
Saving a product to the "Wishlist" requires an account. If a guest taps the heart, the sign-in window opens first. As the merchant, you can't see customers' wishlists.
Tip: shoppers can't cancel an order themselves in your store. If they want to cancel, they contact you and you cancel it from the order page.
