How do I export my orders to Excel or CSV?

Download your store orders as an Excel or CSV file with the "Export Excel" button on the Orders page. The file follows the tab and filters you have selected.

Need to review your orders in Excel, send them to your accountant, or make a list for your courier? You can download your orders as a file with one click.

Steps

  1. Open Orders.
  2. Pick the orders you want: a tab (for example "Completed") or filters such as "Customer", "Payment", "Start Date" and "End Date". For everything, stay on "All Orders" with no filters.
  3. Click the "Export Excel" button next to the tabs.
  4. The "Export Orders" window opens. If filters are active you'll see an "Active filters applied" badge.
  5. Choose Excel (an xlsx file) or CSV. The file downloads with today's date in its name.

What's in the file?

The file contains every order in your store that matches your selection — storefront orders and guest orders included. One row per order, with:

  • The order number.
  • The customer's name, phone and email as entered on the order, so guest orders come out complete.
  • The total and currency.
  • The order status, using the same names as the orders list (e.g. "Out for Delivery", "Completed").
  • The payment status (Paid / Unpaid / Refunded).
  • The payment method's name (e.g. cash on delivery).
  • The source, address and date.

Column headings are in English.

Notes

  • Text typed in the "Search" box is not applied to the file; the file follows the tab and filters only.
  • The date filter stops at the start of the "End Date" day, so to include the last day set the end date to the day after.
  • CSV suits other programs or Google Sheets. If Arabic text looks garbled when you open a CSV in Excel, use the Excel (xlsx) format instead.
