How do I see all of one customer's orders?
On the Customers page click "View orders" next to the customer, or use the "Customer" filter on the Orders page. For guest shoppers, search by phone number or email.

Want to know what a particular customer ordered before, or how much they've paid in total? There are a few ways, depending on the type of customer.
For a customer with an account
From the Customers page
- Open Customers under Sales.
- Find the customer by name, email or phone.
- Click the shopping-bag icon "View orders" on their row.
- A page opens with the customer's name and "Every order placed by this customer", newest first. Click any order number to open its details.
From the Orders page
In Orders, pick the customer's name in the "Customer" filter. This also lets you filter their orders by status (tabs), date or payment status, or export them to a file.
Tip: to filter a customer's orders by status or date, use the "Customer" filter on the Orders page — the tabs and filters on the customer's own page take you to the list of all orders.
For a guest shopper
Guests have no entry in Customers and don't appear in the "Customer" filter. To find their orders, type their phone number or email in the "Search" box on the Orders page — every order placed with those details appears.
How do I spot my best customers?
- On the Customers page, the "Orders" column shows each customer's order count and the total they've "spent".
- In the Orders list, a "1st order" badge marks the first order of any customer with an account.
