Elmatajer has a 14-day free trial and three paid plans. This article explains how they differ and how to choose. Prices and features can change, so the most accurate reference is always the "Subscription" page in your dashboard and the pricing page.

Included in every plan
Unlimited products and orders, cash on delivery and card gateways, your own delivery zones and rates, a free store link and your own domain with SSL, basic SEO tools (store title, description and indexing), a WhatsApp widget, coupons and gift vouchers, ad tracking pixels, a multi-language store, light/dark store modes, the AI assistant (within daily and monthly usage limits), and store migration from Salla, Zid, Shopify or EasyOrder.
How the plans differ
- Growth: the core package above, the blog, smart offers, sales notifications, the view counter and a team of up to 3.
- Advanced: everything in Growth plus abandoned carts, the cart countdown, the cart progress bar, pixel and shipping reports, advanced SEO (title templates and an SEO health scan), a team of up to 10 and one premium template of your choice, free.
- Professional: everything in Advanced plus every premium template, priority support and an unlimited team.
These are Egypt's prices. In Saudi Arabia and the UAE the plans are 79, 159 and 219 (SAR or AED) a month; in Bahrain 8, 16 and 22 BHD.

Add-ons
Any of these features that is not in your plan can be bought on its own from Account → Add-on store, paid from your wallet: abandoned carts (119 EGP/month), smart offers (89), sales notifications (59), view counter (35), cart countdown (59), cart progress bar (59), blog (59), pixel & shipping reports (89), advanced SEO (59). Saudi, UAE and Bahrain prices are in each country's currency.
Monthly or annual?
Above the plan cards you can switch between "Monthly" and "Annual" (tagged "Save 17%"). Annual costs the price of 10 months. With "Annual" selected, the cards show the equivalent monthly price and "billed yearly" with the full amount. A monthly subscription lasts 30 days; an annual one lasts 365 days.
I opened a feature and saw "Upgrade Required"
That feature isn't included in your current plan. The page offers:
- "Buy it as an add-on" to get just that feature without changing your plan.
- "Upgrade your plan" to a higher plan that includes it.
