What do shoppers see about delivery at checkout?
If local delivery is on and you have active areas, the shopper must pick a "Shipping area" and its fee shows on the "Delivery" line. Otherwise they only enter an address and delivery is zero.

It helps to know exactly what shoppers see when they complete an order, so you can answer their questions and get your settings right.
The "Shipping" step
The first checkout step is "Shipping" (shown in Arabic as «تفاصيل الشحن»), where the shopper enters their details and address. What it looks like depends on your settings:
Local delivery on, with at least one available area
- A "Shipping area" list appears with "Select an area". It's required.
- It only lists areas that are "Available to customers". Paused areas don't appear.
- As soon as they pick an area, the "Delivery" line in the order summary updates with its fee.
- If they try to continue without choosing, they see "Please choose a delivery area".
Local delivery off, or every area paused
- No area choice. The shopper just types their address.
- The "Delivery" line in the summary shows zero.
An all-digital order
There's no shipping step at all; the shopper goes straight to payment.
Free shipping
If you set a free-shipping minimum and the products total reaches it, the "Delivery" line is zero even if the chosen area has a fee. Before that, in the cart, they see "You unlocked free shipping!".
Can the shopper change the fee?
No. Elmatajer recalculates the delivery fee on the server from the chosen area when the order is placed, so the amount saved on the order is always your area's fee.
