Who appears on the Customers page?

The Customers page lists shoppers who have an account in your store, even if they haven't ordered yet. Guest shoppers don't appear here — their details live on their orders.

The Customers page lists the people who created an account in your store. Use it to see how many customers you have, who orders most, and to reach any customer's orders quickly.

Where is it?

In the side menu, under «المبيعات» (Sales), choose «العملاء» (Customers). Team members who can't see it need permission to view customers from the store owner.

Who is listed?

  • Anyone who created an account in your store — from the sign-in window on your storefront, or by ticking "Create an account with the info above" at checkout — even if they haven't ordered yet.
  • Customers who ordered while signed in to their account.

Guests are not listed: a shopper who ordered without an account has no entry on the Customers page. Their name, phone and address are saved on the order itself, and you can find them from the Orders page by searching their phone number or email.

The columns

ColumnWhat it shows
"Customer"Name and customer number.
"Contact"Email and phone number.
"Orders"Number of orders with you, and below it the "spent" total = the sum of paid orders only.
"Status""Active" or "Inactive (hidden)". Clicking it deactivates or reactivates the account — see How do I deactivate or delete a customer?.
ActionsThe "View orders" icon (shopping bag), and the delete icon if you have permission.

The list is sorted from newest sign-up to oldest, and all customers are shown on one page.

Search and filters

  • Type in "Search customer by name, email, or phone…" and the list filters as you type.
  • Use the "All", "Active" and "Inactive (hidden)" buttons to show a group.

What isn't there

  • There's no button to add a customer yourself; customers create their own accounts.
  • You can't edit a customer's name, email or phone.
  • There's no customer-list export. If you need their details, export your orders — the file includes each customer's name, phone and email.
