Why isn't my coupon working or the discount not showing?

If a shopper says a coupon doesn't work, or that the discount appeared and then vanished from the total, the cause is almost always one of the cases below. Start with the most common.

"Invalid couponcode"

Shoppers see «رمز قسيمة غير صالح» (in English: "Invalid couponcode") when:

• The code is mistyped: it must match your Coupon Code exactly, with no extra space before or after.
• The coupon hasn't started: its status is "Scheduled". Wait for the Start Date or change it.
• The coupon has ended: its status is "Expired". Move the End Date forward to extend it.
• The coupon is paused: a coupon marked "Paused" is refused.

"You are not eligible for this code"

The products in the cart are worth less than the coupon's Min. Order Amount. The minimum is checked on products only, without delivery. Lower the minimum, or ask the shopper to add to the cart.

"Coupon applied successfully" but the total didn't drop

This happens in two cases:

1. The usage limit is used up: for a "Limited" coupon, the apply step doesn't check the count, but the final price calculation does — and silently removes the discount. Remember every order placed with the code counts, including cancelled ones. Fix: raise the Usage Limit or switch the Usage Type to "Unlimited".
2. The shopper removed items after applying the code: if the cart dropped below the minimum, the discount is removed when the order is priced.

No coupon box at checkout

"Have a promo code?" only appears while you have at least one coupon that is switched on and not expired. If all your coupons have ended, the box is hidden. Shoppers can still type a code in the "Coupon code" box on the cart page.

Delivery isn't discounted

That's expected: a coupon only discounts the products and never goes beyond their value.

I can't find Coupons in my dashboard
