Dashboard tour: what do I see on the home page?
What each part of the Dashboard home page means: store and plan status, store health, alerts, revenue, orders by status, recent orders, top products and top customers.
In this article
The Dashboard is the first page you see when you sign in. It gives you a quick view of how your store is doing and flags anything that needs your attention.
The top area
- Store status: a badge showing Active, Free Trial, Grace Period, Expired or No Plan.
- Greeting: good morning / good evening with your name, and a line saying this is a quick look at the last 30 days.
- Plan tile: your plan name, its end date and days left. Clicking it opens your Subscription page.
- Store Health: a score out of 100 labelled Excellent, Good or Needs Setup. It rises as you complete your store setup (logo, products, payment methods, shipping, policies, store design, domain, first order).
Alerts
These only appear when something needs attention:
- “N pending orders need review” — orders nobody has reviewed yet. Clicking takes you to Orders.
- “N products running low” — products with a quantity of 5 or less (for products where you track stock).
Charts and lists
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Revenue Trend | Your sales over 12 months, with a year selector. It counts every order except cancelled ones, paid or not yet paid. |
| Orders by Status | All your orders since you opened the store, split across statuses (pending, preparing, shipped, delivered, cancelled, returned). Delivered orders are counted under "Delivered". |
| Recent Orders | Your latest 6 orders, with a "view all" link. |
| Top Products | Your 5 best-selling products in paid and delivered orders. |
| Top Customers | Your 5 best customers. |
The top bar
- My Store — opens your store in a new tab, exactly as customers see it.
- Dashboard language switch (Arabic / English).
- The notifications bell — new orders, customer messages and platform announcements.
- Your avatar menu: Profile, General Settings and Logout.
Note: a platform announcement bar or a subscription notice (such as the trial days left) may appear at the top of the page. You can close the announcement bar; it comes back the next time you sign in if it's still running.
