How do I use the Reports screen and filter by date?
Pick a preset period or a custom date range, and learn what every figure and chart on Store Reports counts: sales, collected, average order, cancellations, top products and customers.
The «التقارير» ("Reports") screen, titled "Store Reports", shows how your store performed over the period you choose: sales, orders, customers and products.
Before you start
- Reports are available on every plan, under «التحليلات والتقارير» ("Analytics & Reports") in the sidebar.
- Team members need permission to view reports or to view orders.
Choose the period
- Open "Reports".
- Pick a preset: "Today", "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days" (the default), "Last 90 days" or "This year".
- Or set a start and end date in the two date boxes and click "Apply".
Every figure is based on the orders placed during that period (by the order's creation date).
Key figures
| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| "Sales" | The total of all orders except cancelled ones ("excl. cancelled"), paid or not. Beside it, "collected" is the part actually paid. |
| "Total orders" | All orders including cancelled, with the "paid" count and the "active" (not cancelled) count. |
| "Avg. order value" | Sales divided by the number of non-cancelled orders. |
| "Completed" | Delivered orders, with the "completion" rate out of all orders. |
| "Unique customers" | Distinct customers, both registered and those who ordered without an account. The "+ … guest" badge is the number of orders placed without an account. |
| "Cancelled" | Cancelled orders and the "cancel rate". |
| "Discounts given" | The total coupon discounts on non-cancelled orders. |
| "Tax collected" | The total tax on non-cancelled orders. |
Charts and lists
- "Sales Trend": one line for the number of orders and one for revenue. The revenue line only counts paid orders, so it's usually lower than Sales. Periods longer than 92 days are grouped by month instead of by day.
- "Order Status": pending, confirmed, out for delivery, completed, cancelled.
- "Order Sources": where orders came from (Facebook, Instagram, web…). See How do I see where my orders come from?
- "Payment Methods": your 6 most-used payment methods.
- "By Day of Week": orders per weekday, with the "Peak in blue".
- "Marketing Pixels": which pixels are connected and how many orders came from each platform; the "Manage" link opens your pixel settings.
- "Top Products": the top 7 products by units, with their revenue.
- "Top Customers": the top 7 registered customers by total spent (shoppers without an account aren't listed here).
Exporting
The Reports screen itself has no export. If you need a file, open «الطلبات» ("Orders") and use the "Export Excel" button.
Note: If report figures don't match your orders list or your dashboard, that's usually expected. See Why do my report numbers differ from my orders list?
