ELMATAJER

What is "My Wallet" on the platform and what changes its balance?

Your wallet is a balance you hold with Elmatajer, used for things like add-ons and themes. No shopper order adds to it, whatever the payment method: COD cash is with you and Paymob/Kashier money is in your own gateway account.

The "Wallet" in your dashboard is your own balance as a merchant with Elmatajer. It has nothing to do with your customers' wallets inside your store, or with the money shoppers pay you.

Where to find it

In the menu: "Payments & Billing" → "Wallet". The "My Wallet" page shows:

  • "Available Balance": what you can use or withdraw right now.
  • "Pending": amounts in withdrawal requests still under review.
  • "Paid Out": what has actually been paid to you.
  • "Total Earnings": everything that has come into the wallet.
  • A "Last 6 Months Analysis" chart, plus the "Withdrawal Requests" and "Withdrawal Methods" cards.

Every wallet movement is listed in detail under "Transaction Log".

What lowers the balance

  • Paying for something from the platform with your wallet, such as an add-on or a paid theme.
  • Requesting a withdrawal: the amount moves from "Available Balance" to "Pending".

What raises the balance

  • A rejected withdrawal request: the amount returns to your balance.
  • Cancelling a monthly or yearly add-on you paid for from the wallet: the unused part of the period is refunded.

What does not change it

Note: No shopper order adds to your wallet, whatever the payment method and even when you move it to Shipped or Delivered. Cash-on-delivery money is collected by you from the courier, Paymob/Kashier money goes into your own gateway account, and orders a shopper pays from their store wallet don't add to your wallet either.

Topping up

There's currently no button in the dashboard to top up the wallet yourself. If you see a notice such as "Wallet balance is zero" or "Balance insufficient for renewal", pay for your subscription or purchase with another payment method offered on the payment page, or contact support.
