Which marketing tools are included in my plan?
Some marketing tools are available to every store; others depend on your plan or an add-on. Learn how to tell, and what to do if a tool is missing.

Your dashboard sidebar only shows the tools available to your store. If a tool is missing, it's usually not in your current plan — or your team role doesn't have permission for it.
Available to every store, on every plan
- «التقارير» ("Reports")
- «تقييمات المنتجات» ("Product Reviews") and «آراء العملاء» ("Testimonials")
- «البانرات» ("Banners" — your home-page slider images)
- «المشتركون في النشرة» ("Newsletter Subscribers")
- «روابط السوشيال ميديا» ("Social Media")
- «الكوبونات» ("Coupons") — discount codes for customers. See How do I create a discount coupon?
- «بكسلات التتبع» ("Tracking Pixels") — connect Facebook, TikTok, Google and others.
- «واتساب» ("WhatsApp") — a WhatsApp chat button on your store.

Any of these tools that is not in your plan can be bought on its own as a monthly add-on from the add-on store.
A tool is missing — what do I do?
- If you're a team member, ask the store owner to give your role access to the tool.
- If you're the owner, open «اشتراكي» ("Subscription") and compare plan features with your plan.
Note: Opening a tool's link directly when it isn't in your plan shows an upgrade page instead. If your plan changes, tools no longer included disappear from the sidebar.
