How do I keep my account and store secure?
Simple steps that protect your account: a strong password, a separate login with limited permissions for each staff member, an up-to-date login email, and removing people who leave.

Your Elmatajer account holds your orders, your customers' details and your money, so protecting it matters. These steps are simple and make a big difference.
1. A strong, unique password
- Use at least 8 characters (12 is better) with upper- and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
- Don't reuse the password from your email or other sites.
- Change it immediately if you think someone knows it — from "Profile" → "Security & password". See How do I change my password?
2. One login per team member
- Don't share your account. Add each person as a staff member under "Staff" with their own login.
- Give them a role with the fewest permissions they need — for example "Support Agent" or "Read-Only Viewer" instead of full access.
- Keep "Manage Billing" and "Manage Team" for the people who really need them.

3. When someone leaves
Pause their account right away with the "Activate / pause member" switch, or remove it with "Delete". If they knew any shared password, change it.
4. Keep your login email yours and up to date
Password-reset links go to your login email. If you lose access to that inbox, you lose your way to recover the account. Update it from "Profile" — see Updating your personal details. And protect the email account itself with a strong password.
5. Link Google (optional)
Linking your account to Google lets you sign in without typing your password every time. See Signing in with Google.
6. Be careful with links and messages
- Always open your dashboard from elmatajer.com/login.
- A password-reset link only arrives when you request one, and it works once within 30 minutes. If you get one you didn't ask for, ignore it.
- Never send your password to anyone, not even in a message to support.
7. Shared devices
If you sign in on a device that isn't yours, use "Logout" from the avatar menu when you're done.
Tip: if you notice anything odd in your account (orders or changes you didn't make), change your password immediately, review your staff list and contact us through the contact page.
