What do the numbers on my dashboard mean?
What each part of your dashboard home shows — store health, alerts, revenue trend, orders by status, top products and top customers — and exactly what each one counts.
In this article
When you sign in, your dashboard opens on «الرئيسية» ("Dashboard"). It gives you a quick picture of your store. Here's exactly what each part counts, so you read the numbers correctly.
The top area
- Store status: a badge such as "Active", "Free Trial", "Grace Period" or "Expired".
- Plan card: your plan name, its end date and the days left. Clicking it opens your subscription page.
- "Store Health": a score out of 100 that measures how complete your store setup is — not your sales. It rises as you complete steps such as logo, products, a payment method, shipping, policies, store look, a custom domain, tracking, and your first order. 80 and above is "Excellent", 50 and above "Good", below that "Needs Setup". Some steps are optional (like a custom domain), so you don't need 100. The details card below says "Coming soon".
Alerts
These appear only when something needs you:
- "pending orders need review": the number of all orders still in the pending status, whatever their date (not just today's). Clicking opens your orders.
- "products running low": products with stock tracking on and a quantity of 5 or less — including ones that are completely out. See How do I find products that are running low?
Charts
- "Revenue Trend": the total of your orders for each month of the year you pick next to the title. It counts every order except cancelled ones, paid or not — so a cash-on-delivery order counts from the moment it's placed.
- "Orders by Status": all your orders since you opened the store, split into "Pending", "Processing", "Shipped", "Delivered", "Cancelled" and "Returned". Orders delivered to the customer are counted under "Delivered".
Lists
- "Recent Orders": your latest 6 orders, with the payment state ("Paid" or "Unpaid") and the order source, such as "Web" or "App".
- "Top Products": the top 5 products by units in non-cancelled orders. The number next to "sold" only counts units in paid and delivered orders, so a product can rank first with a small number or zero beside it. This list refreshes roughly every 15 minutes.
- "Top Customers": the top 5 customers by the total of their non-cancelled orders, including shoppers who ordered without an account. If a customer has paid only part, the "collected" amount is shown.
When is an order "Paid"?
A cash-on-delivery order is marked paid when you move it to the shipped or delivered status. So keep your order statuses up to date, or your collected figures will look lower than reality.
Tip: For figures over a specific period (last week, last month…), use the «التقارير» ("Reports") screen. See How do I use the Reports screen?
