How do I see where my orders come from? (Order sources & pixel analytics)
Every order records its source from the link or site the visitor came from. Learn how the source is set and where to read it in Reports and Pixel Analytics.

To see which ad or platform brings you orders, your store records a "source" with every order. This article explains how that source is set and where to read it.
How the source is set
- From the link: if the visitor arrives through a link ending in
?utm_source=facebook(orref=orsource=), that word becomes the source. - From the site they came from: with no tag in the link, the store tries to detect whether the visitor came from Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or Google.
- Otherwise: the order is recorded as coming from your website.
The source is kept for the whole visit; if the shopper opens another link with a different tag, it switches to the new one.
Tip: Use these exact lowercase words so they match a platform in the pixel report: facebook, instagram, tiktok, snapchat, google, twitter, linkedin. Any other word (like whatsapp) only shows under Order Sources.
Where do I see sources?
In Reports (every plan)
- "Order Sources": the number of orders from each source in your chosen period.
- "Marketing Pixels": for each platform, whether its pixel is connected and how many orders came from it.
In Pixel Analytics (depends on your plan)
This screen comes with the pixels tool. Pick the period from the menu at the top, and you'll find:
- Conversion funnel: "Add to Cart" (carts started in the period), then "Orders Placed" — which counts every order placed in the period, not only delivered ones (the Arabic screen labels it «طلبات مكتملة») — then "Abandoned Carts" (carts idle for more than 30 minutes without an order).
- Revenue by platform: only counts orders that are both paid and delivered, so it's naturally lower than your sales.
- A table per platform with order counts, paid counts and each platform's share of orders.
Note: These reports are based on the link and the site the shopper came from, not on the pixel's own data. Your real ad results (cost, conversions) are in each ad platform's own dashboard.
