How do I show the brands I sell in my store?
The brand list is maintained by the platform team; you switch on the brands you sell and link them to your products.

If you sell well-known brands, you can show them in your store. The brand list is prepared and maintained by the platform team, and you choose just the brands you sell.
Enabling a brand
- In the sidebar, open Brands. The Brands & Partners page opens.
- Find the brand with Search by brand name…
- Switch on the toggle next to it. Its status changes from Hidden to Enabled.
The Enabled in your store figure at the top shows how many brands you've enabled out of the Platform catalog.
Linking a brand to a product
- Open the product (new, or Edit).
- In the Organisation card, click the Brands field and choose one or more brands.
- Publish the product or save your changes.
If the list on the product page says No brands enabled yet, click Enable brands and switch some on first.
Where brands appear in your store
- In the brand strip on your home page — depending on your theme.
- On your store's brands page, with the number of products for each brand.
- On the product page itself, showing the brand linked to it.
A brand you switch off disappears from your store right away.
My brand isn't in the list
Merchants can't add new brands themselves. If one is missing, contact us with its name.
Common problems
- “Something went wrong, try again.”: the change wasn't saved — try again.
- “Network error.”: check your connection and refresh the page.
