How do I change my store name, logo and contact details?
Edit your store name, description, logo, icon, country, store category and store link, plus the store email, phone and address.

Your store name, look and contact details are the first things a customer sees. You edit them all in Store Settings, across two tabs: Store identity and Communication.
Editing your store identity
- Go to Store → Store Settings and open the Store identity tab.
- Change the fields you need (details in the table below).
- Click Save in the bar that appears at the bottom.

| Store Category | Required — your type of business. |
| Store URL | The part that forms your store address (e.g. nour → nour.elmatajer.com). Lowercase English letters, numbers and hyphens (-) only. |
Before you change your store URL: changing it changes your store's address, and any old link you shared with customers or posted on social media may stop working. Only change it if you're sure, then update the link everywhere.
Messages you may see for the URL (shown in Arabic):
- «رابط المتجر غير صالح» — invalid: only English letters, numbers and "-" are allowed.
- «هذا الرابط محجوز للنظام» — reserved by the system; pick another word.
- «رابط المتجر مستخدم بالفعل» — already used by another store.
If you've connected your own domain, you'll see a Custom domain badge next to the URL. Domain details are covered in the Domains & store link section.
Editing your contact details
In the Communication tab → Contact Information:
- Store email — where customers contact you.
- Store phone — used for WhatsApp and direct customer contact. A mobile or a landline is accepted.
- Store address — shown on invoices and shipments.
Important: if you enter an invalid phone number, the old number is kept and no error is shown. After saving, check that the new number appears in the field.
If you get a message about the logo format
If you upload an image in an unsupported format, a message says the image format isn't supported and that your other settings were saved. Convert the image to PNG, JPG or WEBP and upload it again.
