  2. Change the nameservers

    Copy the two values and put them in place of the old ones at your registrar.

Does connecting a domain cost anything?

No. Connecting a domain you own carries no extra platform fee. You only pay the domain renewal to the company you bought it from.

Where do I buy a domain?

From any domain registrar such as GoDaddy, Hostinger or Namecheap — the domain stays yours, in your name. Then type it in «نطاقاتي» and linking and SSL happen on their own.

How long does it take?

Nameserver changes usually take 1 to 24 hours to spread, sometimes up to 48. Once verified, activation and the SSL certificate take minutes — and your store stays online the whole time.

Will my domain email stop?

Not if you follow the order: save the domain first, wait until the connect page says your email is ready, then change the nameservers. If the page asks for a mail-records review, contact us before changing anything.

Can I connect a subdomain like shop.example.com?

You connect the root domain (like example.com or example.com.eg), and each store has one custom domain.

What if I want to change or remove the domain?

From «نطاقاتي» you can change or delete the domain. If you used nameservers, restore the original values at your registrar so it works from there again.
