How does my store show up on Google? (SEO basics)
Store SEO settings are still under development. Learn what the platform already does automatically for your pages and what you can do to rank better.

How your store shows up on Google depends mostly on your page content: product names, descriptions and images. Here's an honest look at what's available today.
Store SEO settings: still under development
The «تحسين البحث (SEO)» ("SEO") screen isn't shown to every store, and when you open it you get an "Under development" page that says "Coming soon". So for now you can't edit your store's search-engine title and description from the dashboard.
What happens automatically
| Page | What the platform does |
|---|---|
| Product page | Title = product name · your store name. Description = roughly the first 160 characters of the product description. Share image = the product's first image. |
| Product data for Google | Every product page includes structured data with the name, price, availability and images, plus brand and SKU when set, and the average rating when there are ratings. This helps Google show product details in results. |
| Home page | The title is your store name. If no store description is set, a generic one is used, such as "Shop the latest products at the best prices from …". |
| Main address | Every page tells Google its main address, so the same page isn't counted as a duplicate. |
Note: The product form has a "Search engine optimisation" section with "Meta title" and "Meta description". Those fields are saved, but product pages currently use the product name and description instead — so focus on writing those well.
How to improve your visibility
- Clear names: name products the way people search, e.g. "Women's brown genuine leather bag" rather than "Model 12".
- Real descriptions: the first lines of the description are what appear on Google and in link previews. Lead with the most important detail.
- Good photos: the first image is the one shown when the link is shared.
- Tidy categories: group products into clear categories.
- Share your links: the more your store link is shared and visited, the sooner Google finds it. See How do I share my store link?
Tip: Showing up on Google takes time — sometimes weeks — after you publish new products, so keep sharing and advertising meanwhile.
