How do I add social media links to my store?
Add Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other links that appear as icons in your store footer, and edit or delete them any time.
Social media links appear in your store footer as icons that take customers to your accounts. They build trust and help customers follow you.
Adding a link
- In the side menu go to Store → Social Media.
- Click Add link.
- Under Choose platform, tap the platform icon (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram, Pinterest), or tap the "more icons" button to choose a different icon.
- In URL, paste the full link to your account, for example
https://instagram.com/youraccount. You'll see a Preview at the top. - Click Add.
Editing or deleting a link
- Edit: click the Edit button next to the link, change what you need, and click Save changes.
- Delete: click the Delete button and confirm with Delete when asked "Delete this link?".
Tip: the link must be a complete, valid URL starting with https://. Copy it from your browser while your profile page is open to be sure it's right.
If you don't see the icons on your store
- Make sure you clicked Add and the link appears in the table.
- Open your store with the My Store button, scroll to the bottom (the footer) and refresh the page.
