How do I add banners to my home page and make a slider?
Upload banner images on the Banners page, then choose how they appear in the main (hero) section from the theme editor — a single banner or a slider, depending on the theme.

The main banner is the first thing shoppers see. You upload the images once on the Banners page, and each theme then shows them in its own way in the "Hero Section".
Step 1: upload your banners
- In the side menu, open Banners (in the Growth group).
- In the "Add new banner" card, choose the "Banner image" (click or drag an image).
- Set the "Display order" — lower numbers show first.
- Under "Link to", choose whether the banner opens a category or a product when clicked, or leave it at "No link".
- Click Publish banner. It appears below under "Active banners".
Step 2: choose how they're shown in the theme editor
Open Marketplace → Customize on your active theme and pick "Hero Section" from the Sections list. The settings depend on the theme:

| Bazaaria | One image: pick one of your banners; if left empty it uses your first banner automatically. |
| Velora | Shows all your published banners as slides automatically; the heading, text and buttons are edited in the section settings. |
Slider settings (Farida and Voltex)
When "All banners (slider)" is selected you also get:
- Slider banners: tick the banners you want in the slider. Leave all ticked to show every banner.
- Auto-play slider: rotates through the banners by itself.
- Slide duration: 3 to 8 seconds.
- Show navigation arrows and show navigation dots.
Note: the slider only runs when you have more than one banner. With a single banner it shows as a still image.
When you're done, click Save in the editor and the banners appear on your store immediately.
Editing or deleting a banner
- Edit: click the Edit icon on the banner. "Edit banner" opens: change the image, the link or the "Display order" (lower = shown first), then click "Save changes".
- Delete: click the delete icon on the banner and confirm with Delete. There's no way to pause or schedule a banner, so if you don't want it shown, delete it.
About banner links: if the category a banner links to is deactivated or deleted, the banner stays visible but loses its link. If you delete or hide the product a banner links to, the banner keeps pointing at that product's page — so edit the banner and link it to something else. When choosing a product for a banner, pick one that's published and visible in your store.
Image tips
- The suggested size is 1920 × 720 pixels (8:3), in JPG, PNG or WEBP, ideally under 200 KB so your store loads fast. The platform automatically scales down banners wider than 1920 pixels.
- Use wide, sharp images and keep the important text in the middle so it isn't cut off on phones.
- Check the result with the mobile icon in the editor's top bar.
- If an image is rejected, the message tells you why: "Unsupported image format. Allowed: JPG, PNG, WebP.", "The image is larger than allowed. Reduce it and try again." or "The image dimensions are too large…" (the limit is 4000 pixels on the longest side). Make the image smaller, save it as JPG and try again.
