Where do I find my store link and how do I share it?
Every Elmatajer store gets a free link in the form your-name.elmatajer.com. Here is where to find it and how to share it.
As soon as you create your store it gets its own link on the platform in this form: https://your-store-name.elmatajer.com (the first part is your store's name in English letters). This link is free for every store — no upgrade needed — and it's the one you send to customers or put on your social pages.
Where do I find it?
- The "My Store" button at the top of the dashboard (shown on computer and tablet screens): opens your store in a new tab so you can copy the link from the address bar.
- "View Store" in the quick actions on the dashboard home page.
- Store Settings → "Store identity" tab → "Store URL": shows your store name in the link and lets you change it.
Note: if the Store URL field is shown as elmatajer.com/your-store-name, don't worry: old-style links like that redirect automatically to your-store-name.elmatajer.com, so customers reach your store either way.
If you have your own domain
Once you connect your own domain (like mystore.com) and it's live, the links the platform generates for your store use your domain. Your elmatajer.com link keeps opening your store too. See How do I connect a domain I already own?
Sharing tips
- Put the link in your Instagram, Facebook and TikTok bios and in your WhatsApp greeting.
- Share specific products: open the product on your store and copy the link from the browser.
- Test the link on your own phone before you publish it.
Link not opening?
- If it shows «المتجر غير متاح مؤقتاً» (Store temporarily unavailable), your subscription has ended and the store is paused until you renew.
- If you changed your store name in Store URL, the old link no longer works — use the new one. See Can I change my store link?
