How do I buy a paid theme?
Paid themes are a one-time purchase from the Marketplace, currently paid from your platform wallet balance. After buying, click Install to apply it.

Some themes in the Marketplace are free and some are paid. The price is shown on each theme's card in Egyptian pounds and you pay it once; after that the theme stays under My themes and you can install it or go back to it whenever you like.
Note: at the time of writing, the Classic theme is free and full themes cost EGP 499 and front-page themes (Farida, ArtWall) EGP 249. The card always shows the current price.
Before you start
- Payment is currently taken from your platform wallet balance only. The purchase window shows your balance before you confirm.
- If you're a team member, you need the billing permission to buy.
- Try the theme with Preview first — purchases can't be cancelled from the dashboard.
Buying step by step
- Open Marketplace and click Buy on the theme's card (the price is next to it).
- The "Complete theme purchase" window opens with a summary and the total.
- Under "Choose payment method", select the available method; your balance is shown next to it.
- Click Complete payment.
- You'll see «تم شراء القالب بنجاح» (theme purchased successfully) and the card gets the Owned badge.
- Click Install on the card to make it your store's theme.
Important: buying alone doesn't change your store. Your current theme keeps running until you click Install on the new one.
Messages you may see

| «رصيد المحفظة غير كافي» | Insufficient wallet balance — your balance is below the theme's price. |
| «القالب تم شراؤه بالفعل» | You already bought this theme — just click Install. |
| No payment methods available | No payment method is enabled for theme purchases right now; the pay button is disabled. |
| «يجب شراء القالب أولاً.» | You tried to install a paid theme before buying it. |
My balance isn't enough — what now?
There's currently no way to top up your wallet by card from the dashboard. If you want a paid theme and your balance is short, contact support and they'll help you complete the purchase.
Got a gift code for a theme?
If the platform sent you a gift code for a theme, open «هداياي وكوبوناتي» (My Gifts & Coupons) in the side menu and redeem it. The theme is added to your themes and applied to your store immediately, so redeem it when you're ready for the new look.
