Connect a WhatsApp app

How a WhatsApp or call-centre app confirms orders and reminds abandoned carts.

1. Connect the store with an install link asking for orders.read,customers.read,carts.read,orders.confirm,webhooks.
2. Listen for order.created and order.status_changed (order confirmation, shipping updates) and cart.abandoned (reminders) on your webhook. The customer's phone is in data.customer.phone, international format.
3. Send your message, then report the answer with Record a customer confirmation: confirmed or cancelled. The merchant sees it on the order and gets a notification; the order status is theirs to change.
4. Stop cart reminders when order.created arrives for the same customer.
